Troubleshooting common errors
What common Verisight error messages mean and how to fix them.
Errors in the portal show a plain-language message. If you use the API, each error also has a stable error code, listed here.
Domains and authorisation

Publish or restore the _verisight-challenge TXT record and choose Check DNS record. See Verifying a domain. |
Scan declaration not accepted, scan_disclaimer_not_accepted |
Tick the scan declaration before choosing Authorise and start. |
Scan declaration outdated, scan_disclaimer_outdated |
The declaration was updated. Reload the page and accept the new version. |
Monitoring needs an authorisation, monitoring_authorization_required |
Create the monitor from an active assessment authorisation, not typed-in domains. See Continuous monitoring. |
Assessments

Plans and billing

Questionnaires and second opinions
