Organizations
Create, switch between and brand the organizations you belong to.
An organization (also called a tenant) is the container for everything in Verisight: assessments, findings, evidence, connectors, monitoring, API keys and billing. Data never crosses between organizations. Every request is checked against your membership, and the database itself enforces the separation.
Switching organization
If you belong to several organizations, use the switcher in the top bar, or Profile → Tenant access → Switch. Everything you see then belongs to the selected organization.
Creating another organization
Choose + next to the organization switcher, or Profile → Tenant access → New. You become its owner, the portal switches to it and opens Billing so you can choose a plan. New organizations start on the Free plan, and each organization has its own plan and billing.
Name and logo
Owners and admins can set the organization's display name and logo under Profile → Organization. The name is shown in the top bar and to your team instead of the internal ID. For the logo, square images work best; transparent PNG or WebP is recommended. Images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP. SVG is not accepted, because it can carry script.
Organization ID
The Organization ID is shown under Profile → Organization with a copy button. You only need it if a partner (MSP) asks to manage your organization, or when you open a support ticket.
Team members
Each person who works in an organization has a role. See Roles and permissions. If you need a colleague added to your organization, an owner can open a support ticket, or ask your partner if you have one.
